QR-codes on the menu
QR codes are powerful hyperlinks that connect the real world to the digital. Scanned with a smartphone they can link customers directly into the app to your menu, or a specific product, or to a checkout page. The possibilities are endless, that's why we apply this feature extensively, at your customer’s convenience. You can use them in menus or ads, in printed or online media, on flyers, banners or cars.
Print receipts
Now you can print receipts for every order directly from the portal on your receipt printer. Attach it to the delivery for your customer. The logo and contacts of your restaurant will be printed on the receipt. Every receipt will also have a QR-code that will lead the customer to his order in the app.
Anouncement
Now you can add a general announcement that will be presented to all users at the top of the first page in the app. Use the Announcement to convey generic information or breaking news. You can change the message any time in the Program properties.
Videos in posted messages
You can now post videos in the messages on the Incase Social Channel. Videos content amplifies the emotional effect of your marketing campaign. Upload your video content directly to our platform or link to videos uploaded on other platforms, like Youtube, Vimeo or Dailymotion Videos will be started automatically when they are scrolled into the view of the customer.
CCV Payment services
In 2022 we integrated the CCV Online Payment services. CCV is serving over 225,000 merchants in Europe and can offer a wide set of payment methods. For merchants in the Netherlands we support the most commonly used methods of iDeal and Mastercard/VISA credit cards. CCV Platform Payments Solution
Recently Incase has integrated with CCV's Platform Payments Solution. Designed especially for eCommerce marketplace platforms, it automatically splits and distributes payments between the different restaurants involved in each customer purchase, without the need for additional billing or settlement processes.
